AIRLINE SERVICE:    With daily flights to Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas-Ft. Worth , Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul and beyond,  at affordable rates, it's no wonder that the Central Illinois Regional Airport has become one of the hottest travel gateways in the Midwest.    Beginning May 16, 2012 Allegiant will fly twice weekly to Orlando Sanford

PARKING: We also offer FREE PARKING for all of our passengers!  As you drive toward the terminal building on the entrance road you will see signage directing you to both long term and short term parking.  Short term is two hours or less and is immediately in front of the terminal building.  Long term (anything over two hours) is immediately behind the two hour parking lot. 

You will find using our  terminal building a pleasant and enjoyable traveling experience.  A complimentary parking shuttle is available to take you from the parking lot to the terminal and back again upon your return.  

AirTran Airways,  American Eagle, Delta and starting May 16, 2012 Allegiant all provide service to the Central Illinois Regional Airport, located two miles east of Veteran's Parkway on Route 9 in Bloomington.

We have five car rental agencies inside the terminal: Hertz, Avis,  National , Budget and Alamo are all located in the baggage claim area of the terminal building.

Tailwind Gift Shop is open in the terminal building with travel necessities, accessories, Bloomington-Normal gift items and more. 

Tailwind Bistro is now open on the second level of the gate area, formerly the vending machine location.  You can find hot sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee and a variety of beverages at this location past security.  

 For private plane enthusiasts, hangar rental, fueling, aircraft maintenance and repair services are available on-site.  Image Air provides fueling, charters, aircraft maintenance and repair services.
